These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Journey of AUM, including the 28-Day Reality Rewrite Protocol, the Reality Web Volumes, the Trading Mastery System, Online Business Creation, Private One-on-Ones, and any other digital products, content, or services made available through this website (together, the "Programmes"). By purchasing, accessing, or using any Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Programmes.

1. Who We Are

Journey of AUM ("we," "us," "our") provides digital, self-directed personal development and educational content, delivered online. These Terms are a contract between you and Journey of AUM.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use any Programme. The Programmes are not designed for, marketed to, or intended for use by minors.

3. Digital Products & Delivery

All Programmes are digital products delivered electronically, typically as downloadable PDFs, audio files, and access to online content or communities. Once you complete a purchase, you will receive access to the relevant materials by email or through the delivery method stated at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, monitored email address and to download or save any materials you wish to keep, as access may not be available indefinitely.

4. Licence to Use

When you purchase a Programme, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own individual, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or share Programme materials with anyone who has not purchased them;
• Upload, post, or share Programme content publicly or on any third-party platform;
• Use the Programmes or their content to create a competing product or service;
• Claim authorship of, or remove attribution from, any Journey of AUM materials.

All content, including text, audio, diagrams, branding, and design, remains the intellectual property of Journey of AUM. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

5. Payment & Pricing

Prices for Programmes are as stated on the website at the time of purchase and are payable in full at checkout unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not directly store your full payment card details. We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases at any time, without affecting purchases already made.

6. Refunds

Because our Programmes are digital products that are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as set out in our Refund Policy. Please read that policy, and make sure a Programme is right for you, before purchasing.

7. Not Medical, Psychological, or Financial Advice

The Programmes are educational and self-development content. They are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, or professional financial or investment advice. Some Programmes involve breathwork, meditation, and other emotional-release practices that may not be suitable for everyone, including those who are pregnant or have certain cardiovascular or psychiatric conditions. Consult a qualified physician before beginning if you are unsure whether these practices are appropriate for you. Any content relating to trading, investing, or business is provided for educational purposes only, carries risk, and should not be treated as personalised financial advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take as a result of engaging with our Programmes.

8. Private Sessions

Private One-on-One sessions are not digital products, they are live sessions scheduled directly with us and subject to reasonable availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session are non-refundable. 9. Community Access

Where access to the Journey of AUM community is included as part of a Programme, we expect all members to engage respectfully and in good faith. We reserve the right to remove access for anyone who behaves in a way that is abusive, harmful, or disruptive to other members.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Journey of AUM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Programmes. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Programme.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that purchase. Continued use of the Programmes after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
